Return Instructions

Please open your package and check it thoroughly before removing any tags/packaging.   Kozy’s Cyclery will accept returns of new, unused, undamaged and unassembled items in their original packaging and with their original tags within 10 days from the date that the order was delivered or picked up. Restocking fees may apply if proper packaging and tags are not included.  Garments must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered and undamaged to be accepted.  Wheels, travel cases and cameras are not returnable.

Once we receive the product, a credit for the product will be issued through your original method of payment.   Return shipping and original outgoing shipping charges are your responsibility.  If you are requesting a product exchange, outgoing shipping charges will apply.

You must package the products properly.  Kozy’s Cyclery is NOT responsible for any damage to the products during return transit by the shipping company.  Damaged items are not eligible for credit.  Kozy’s Cyclery is not responsible for any lost packages during return shipping.  We recommend that customers obtain insurance and receipts for any packages returned to us.

Instructions for Damaged/Defective Items

If your contents were damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at orders@kozy.com.  Please submit pictures of the damaged box and contents to ensure a proper claim may be filed.  Keep all boxes and packaging. 

If you feel that you have received a defective product, please email us at orders@kozy.com.  We will pay ground shipping on the replacement product back to you.  If return is non-defective, you will be responsible for replacement shipping charges.  If your return is the result of our error, a return postage fee of $4.50 will be credited to you (for return postage).    In either situation, please email us at orders@kozy.com as soon as possible.   We will work with you to get you a credit or a replacement.
