Order Pick-Up If you are picking up an order in store, WAIT FOR INSTORE PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS (please note that this IS NOT the "Order Confirmation" email that you automatically receive). We will email you a time and which store where your order will be available.
We will charge $20.00 on your credit card to hold all orders. We do not charge the full amount of the order. The balance due must be paid for at our stores (bring your credit card and valid photo ID).
YOU CANNOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE PICK UP YOUR ORDER FOR YOU (UNLESS YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY VIA A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK AHEAD OF TIME).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON THE WEEKEND.
We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card being used. If you would like us to ship to an alternative address, we can arrange for you to send payment via a bank wire transfer, money order or cashiers check.
Payment We will charge a $20.00 deposit on your credit card. The remaining balance will be due when you pick up the order at our stores.There are no exceptions.
Sales Tax 10.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders being picked up at our stores (it does not matter if you are ordering from out of state) There are no exceptions. For example, if your billing/shipping address reflects an address outside the state of IL, yet you are picking up at our stores, 10.25% sales tax will apply.If we are shipping an order outside the state of Illinois, sales tax does not apply.
Gift Cards Gift cards must be used in store. We do not accept gift cards for online orders.
Sizing Bikes come in many different sizes and we want to make sure that you have the appropriate size. We recommend that you visit any of our stores for your bike purchase so you are sized properly.
Bike Order Pick-Up We will email you which store location where you can pick up your bike (based on availability). If we have to special order a bike for you (a bike we do not stock), you will need to visit the store directly to leave a 20% deposit to order the bike. We will either email or call you to let you know when your bike will be ready for pick up. If you prefer a particular date and time, please notate this in the "Additional Info" field.
Payment For instock bikes, we will charge $20.00 on your credit card to hold the bike for you. When you arrive to pick up the bike, you can then pay for the balance of the order. Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks. WE DO NOT CHARGE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER. THE BALANCE DUE MUST BE PAID FOR AT OUR STORES (BRING YOUR CREDIT CARD AND VALID PHOTO ID). YOU CANNOT HAVE ANYONE ELSE PICK UP YOUR ORDER FOR YOU.
The product displayed on our website is separate from our store inventory, however it is updated on a daily basis. Occasionally product listed on our website may not be available. There may be bikes listed on our website that other customers may have a deposit on. If you should happen to place an order for one of these committed bikes, we will call the existing customer to make sure that they will be taking the bike. If the bike should become available, we will let you know.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Orders totalling more than $75.00 in merchandise qualify for free shipping (some restrictions apply). Orders that do not total $75.00 will be charged a standard shipping & handling charge of $9.00. For more information on shipping, please link to http://kozy.com/page.cfm?pageId=11>.
If you are placing a order as a gift, we will charge $20.00 on your credit card and then the balance is to be paid for by the person picking up the order (THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS). If you are purchasing a gift order to be shipped, it must be sent to the person's credit card billing address.
If you prefer to pay for the entire order (as opposed to the recipient paying for the balance of the order or shipping directly to a different address), advance payment arrangements will need to be made. We will accept money orders, cashiers checks or wire transfers.
Gift Cards Gift cards must be shipped to the billing address of the person purchasing the gift card. If you would like a gift card shipped to a different address, advance payment would need to be made by either a money order, cashier check or wire transfer. Please do not order gift cards online if you plan to pick them up at our stores (order online only if you want the gift card shipped). The store staff can process the order for you.
ORDERING NON-STOCKED PRODUCT
Ordered Bikes (Bikes that we do not stock) A 20% deposit is required to order any bike that we do not stock. The order must be placed at our stores (we cannot accept online credit card payment for the deposit or final payment). A 10% cancellation/return fee applies.
Ordered Parts/Accessories (Items that we do not stock) A 50% deposit is required in person at our stores to order any part or accessory that we do not stock. A 10% cancellation/return fee applies on all special orders (items that we do not stock).
